Academy Introduction

China Water Environment Group attaches great importance to talent cultivation and team building, and always regards talent as the core driving force for sustainable development of the enterprise. In 2017, the group established a training center to provide solid talent support and intellectual assistance for the group's development. In order to better serve the implementation of the group's strategy and promote the transformation of the water environment team into a learning organization, the original training center will undergo a comprehensive upgrade in June 2025. With the support of the Strategic Development Department, the "Water Environment Training Institute" will be established, and an exclusive logo will be officially launched, marking a new stage of development for the group's training work. The Water Environment Training Institute aims to serve the implementation of the group's strategy and build a learning oriented team. Focusing on strategic and innovative training, training will be conducted through academicians, experts, industry leaders, and others in combination with the group's strategic planning and key development directions, implementing the development strategy of "one science, two innovations, and digital intelligence empowerment".
