On Aug. 1, the WaterEnvironment Institute (hereinafter referred to as “theInstitute”) carried out the induction trainingfor new employees at the Nanxiang Hall located in the headquarters of CWEG. Atotal of 12 newcomers from the Investment (Business) Department, Beijing Designand Research Institute, R&D Center, Construction Management Department, RiskControl Department, Audit Department, and President""s Office, etc. attended thetraining.

Invited as a lecturer, HuangYigang, Director of CWEG Administrative Center, extended warm welcome toparticipants on behalf of CWEG and introduced the group""s development history, topmanagement team, core technologies, R&D capabilities, industry position andenterprise culture. He also shared his work experience atthe China Academy of Engineering Physics and proposed 10 suggestions on careerdevelopment, so as to encourage everyone to become an excellent and responsibleemployee of CWEG.



The training innovativelycombined online and offline courses, and arranged for trainees to learn suchonline courses as “training for financial reimbursement”, “mailbox tutorial”, “OAprocedure tutorial”, “safetyeducation learning”, “businessetiquette” and “efficientexecution”.

Ma Rui, General Manager of theFinancial Department, Du Yanhua, Deputy General Manager of the HR &Enterprise Management Department, and Zeng Jingjing, Administrative Manager ofPresident’s Office, were invited to theexchange meeting designed for new employees. They answered the questions putforward by attendees patiently. The new employees highly recognizedCWEG’s team culture and expressed gratitude to HR colleagues fortheir enthusiasm and thoughtfulness during the interviews and when goingthrough the formalities. According to them, the Institute offers a complete setof excellent online courses, enabling them to “gain a comprehensiveunderstanding of CWEG”.

During the training, the attendees also visited CWEG’s largest undergroundWWTP operated by Beijing Xintong Bishui Recycled Water Co., Ltd.
