During an interview, Yu Haifu, Deputy General Manager of the 12th Reclaimed Water Plant of China Water Environment Group Xi'an, introduced that the underground level of the reclaimed water plant is the pipe gallery level, the middle level is the operation level, and the above ground level is an open park. The group is committed to building the 12th Xi'an Reclaimed Water Plant into a new type of sunken reclaimed water plant that integrates ecological demonstration and scientific popularization.

After high-quality regeneration, sewage can be used as municipal water for urban green spaces, landscapes, road flushing, and ecological replenishment of rivers. At the same time, the water plant is equipped with water source energy exchange technology, which can provide winter heating and summer cooling for office, accommodation, and surrounding buildings in the factory area, assist in urban pollution control, haze reduction, energy conservation and emission reduction, and effectively ensure the continuous improvement of the water environment quality in the Bahe River Basin, resulting in significant environmental benefits.
