Beijing Tongzhou TV | The largest resource recycling center in the eastern part of the urban sub center will be officially put into operation next month! ​

Recently, the construction unit of the first phase of the China Water Environment Group Hedong Resource Recycling Center, the largest resource recycling center in the eastern part of the urban sub center, has been completed. After the project is put into operation, it will form a total processing capacity of 108000 tons/day with the current Hedong Reclaimed Water Plant, meeting the sewage treatment, recycled water use, sludge treatment, and partial heating needs of the eastern part of Beijing's urban sub center, helping to continuously improve the water ecological quality and safeguarding the high-quality development of the urban sub center.

The first phase of the Hedong Resource Recycling Center project is adjacent to the Dayun River and adopts a fully sunken spatial design.

To avoid the impact on the surrounding environment, the deodorization process has become a key design focus of the overall project.

The biological deodorization unit of the project adopts efficient composite biological deodorization technology

The deodorization system collects and transports odor from various areas through pipelines to a biological deodorization reactor. Through enriched biological colonies, pollutants in the gas are subjected to contact reactions, ultimately achieving standard emissions.

According to the introduction, the factory area covers an area of about 2.7 hectares, with a designed processing capacity of 60000 tons per day. After the project is put into use, it will form a total processing capacity of 108000 tons/day with the existing Hedong Reclaimed Water Plant.

At present, the project has completed the completion acceptance and is planned to enter the commercial operation phase by the end of this month.

After the project is put into operation, it will become the largest resource recycling center in the eastern part of the urban sub center, contributing to the construction of an ecological city with blue and green interweaving, fresh and bright, and water city integration.

The recycled water processed by the Hedong Resource Recycling Center will be used for landscape water and river ecological replenishment in the urban sub center to meet the sewage treatment, recycled water utilization, sludge treatment, and partial heating needs in the eastern area of the sub center.
