Guiyang Municipal People''s Government | Guiyang City organizes special training on ecological environment law enforcement skills competition for sewage treatment, striving to improve the professional competence and practical skills of law enforcement pers

Since the beginning of this year, the Guiyang Ecological Environment Law Enforcement Detachment has continuously strengthened business training, striving to enhance the professional competence and practical skills of ecological environment law enforcement personnel throughout the city. On July 23rd, according to the arrangement of the Municipal Ecological Environment Law Enforcement Detachment, the Ecological Environment Law Enforcement Brigade of Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone invited experts from Guizhou Jianxin and Guizhou Zhuxin, two water environment industry companies, to participate in the "2025 Guizhou Province Ecological Environment Law Enforcement Skills Competition" for our city at the Xinzhuang Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II, as well as new staff members of the Wudang Ecological Environment Law Enforcement Brigade, to carry out special training on the principles and key operational links of urban sewage treatment processes.

On the day of the training, in the morning, theoretical knowledge was mainly taught, and relevant experts first gave lectures on "Operation, Management, and Supervision of Sewage Treatment Plants under the New Situation" to help trainees clarify the new requirements and regulatory priorities for the operation and management of sewage treatment plants; Focusing on the common processes and operational points of sewage treatment plants, this paper systematically sorts out the process principles and key operational links, laying a solid theoretical foundation for practical operations. In the afternoon practical training, participants went to the sewage treatment site, sludge drying site, online monitoring station and central control room to immerse themselves in the practical skills of sewage treatment unit, sludge treatment and disposal unit, online monitoring unit, as well as the standardized management of the central control room operation ledger. At each location, the teaching experts provide detailed explanations based on on-site equipment and actual operating procedures. The trainees listen attentively and actively ask questions, creating a strong interactive atmosphere on site. In the training summary and Q&A session, the teaching experts provided concentrated answers to the key and difficult issues in the training content throughout the day, further consolidating the training effectiveness.

This special training closely focuses on the practical needs of ecological environment law enforcement work, combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills, effectively enhancing the trainees' mastery of sewage treatment processes, operational supervision, and law enforcement inspection points. Everyone expressed that they will apply the knowledge they have learned to practical work, and devote themselves to the cause of ecological environment law enforcement with more professional abilities, contributing to the protection of green mountains and rivers.
