China Water Week | Group''s Sichuan Tianfu New Area First Reclaimed Water Plant Open Day Event, Inspiring Future Power through Ecological Practice

March 22nd is the 33rd World Water Day, and March 22nd to March 28th is the 38th China Water Week. As an important participant in water environment governance, the group empowers water resource recycling with technology and practices ecological civilization through actions. During this period, the group actively responded to the theme of "promoting high-quality development of water conservancy and ensuring water security in China". Each business area worked together with local governments and society to organize various activities and promote public knowledge, love, and conservation of water.

On March 27th, during the 38th China Water Week, Chengdu Xingtian Water Environmental Governance Co., Ltd. of the Group, together with the School of Architecture and Environment of Sichuan University, organized a themed open day activity on "Deeply Implementing the New Development Concept and Promoting the Intensive and Safe Utilization of Water Resources". The activity showcases the achievements of water environment governance to the faculty and students of the college through on-site visits to water plants, professional technical explanations, and demonstrations of water treatment processes.

On the day of the event, the visiting teachers and students visited the sunken reclaimed water plant, and the technical personnel explained in detail the technical decontamination mechanism. This smart water management system can monitor 13 indicators of inflow and outflow in real time, and the treated effluent meets the Class IV standard for surface water. The head of the operation department demonstrated the key functions of the digital control platform on site.

The Water Environment Science Popularization Museum, built in conjunction with the First Reclaimed Water Plant in Tianfu New Area, integrates sewage treatment, science education, and water environment protection promotion, allowing visitors to "immerse" in the world's leading sewage treatment technology and providing a comprehensive window for the public to understand water resource protection. Explainer Xing Juan uses vivid and humorous expressions to guide students to cherish the water environment and feel the help of intelligent technology in daily life.

The "Scientific Water Control Laboratory" set up in the activity has become the interactive focus, and college students are grouped to carry out practical projects such as the construction of micro artificial wetlands and rapid water quality testing. They wrote in the experimental log: "The comparative experiment of reducing the turbidity of raw water from 45NTU to 0.3NTU after six processes of treatment has made the concepts of SVI index and MLSS concentration in books three-dimensional and perceptible
