Beside the Zhuangqiao Purification Water Plant in Jiangbei District, Ningbo, in winter, the factory area is blooming with tea flowers that exude the "proud plum blossom style and the bright peony style". The Ningbo Zhuangqiao Water Purification Plant is the first underground and above ground integrated development of a sunken reclaimed water ecosystem in China, creating the "Ningbo model" of resource sharing with the national "one place, two certificates, and coordinated planning".
