  Strolling through the living water park in Tianfu New Area, people may immerse themselves in the lush natural environment and be pleasantly surprised by the science popularization museum located within the park. However, it is hard to imagine that a wonderful journey of water resource regeneration is still unfolding beneath this land.

  "The design of building a landscape park on the ground and a recycled water plant underground not only conforms to the construction concept of a 'park city', but also gives visitors a sense of 'real-life learning'. According to Xu Shan, the manager of the Comprehensive Department of Chengdu Xingtian Water Environment Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Water Environment Group, the First Regenerated Water Plant in Tianfu New Area is the first sunken recycled water plant in Chengdu. Along with the construction of the water plant, there is a supporting Tianfu New Area Water Environment Science Popularization Hall, which mainly promotes knowledge on water environment protection and water pollution control for young people.".

Entering the science popularization museum feels like stepping into a mysterious and technologically advanced future world. The new media display on the wall is intertwined with light and shadow, telling the story of the preciousness of water resources and the importance of their recycling. The five categories of exhibition areas, including "Source of Life", "City's Tragedy", and "Water's Rebirth", are showcased through multimedia explanations and various water label books, allowing visitors to fully understand the filtration process and application prospects of recycled water, and deeply feel the enormous role of technology in the field of environmental protection.

"We have also opened up the Smart Operation and Maintenance Center and the Reclaimed Water Plant. The adjustable sand table in the Smart Operation and Maintenance Center allows visitors to have a more comprehensive understanding of the structure of the sunken Reclaimed Water Plant. They can also go down to the basement level of the Reclaimed Water Plant, which is our employees' inspection and maintenance level, to get to know various sewage treatment processes and equipment, and experience our employees' work environment firsthand." Xu Shan said.
