Leading by Party building and government enterprise linkage, Haikou Dingcun Reclaimed Water Plant continues to move towards "green" development

The Dingcun Submerged Reclaimed Water Plant of China Water Environment Group is located on the banks of the Meishe River in Hainan Province. It not only provides professional water environment treatment and protection services to produce high-quality recycled water resources for the city, but also focuses on building a "Party building+" work pattern. In collaboration with government departments, it has formed a consensus and joint force to promote ecological civilization construction, and is committed to spreading sewage treatment knowledge, environmental protection, and green development concepts to the public.

With strong support from the government, the Dingcun underground reclaimedwater plant has built a Hainan Provincial Party building exchange platform, as well as a demonstration site for on-site teaching in the water industry in Hainan Province and a Party building activity base for primary and secondary school students in Hainan Province. Since 2023, the recycled water plant has received over a thousand people for research, learning, and visits, and has jointly organized dozens of party building activities with the government, enterprises, and institutions. It has received high praise and recognition from relevant government departments, various sectors of society, and local people.
