On April 2, 2024, Lin Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Propaganda and Education Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and his delegation visited China Water Environment Group Shanghai Jiading Company to conduct in-depth research on the construction of the ecological environment publicity and education base and public opening work. Tang Qinghe, director of the Shanghai Environmental Protection Education Center, Du Longgang, first level chief clerk of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau Office, and Teng Yun, director of the Jiading District Ecological Environment Bureau, accompanied the survey.

During the research process, Lin Yu and his delegation first visited the factory area, listened to detailed introductions of project construction, facility scale, and treatment process, and inspected the ground landscape park, underground sewage treatment facilities, and other conditions. Lin Yu fully affirmed that China Water Environment Group has independent intellectual property rights for its "environmentally friendly, land intensive, and resource utilization" sunken recycled water system.

At the symposium, Lin Yu suggested that the Shanghai Jiading Nanxiang project should be connected and integrated with various social resources to create a more socially influential and attractive facility open unit.
