In particular, Hou introduced CWEG’s fifth generation of patented underground WWTP technology employed in this project and seven world-leading, whole new and intelligent green and low-carbon technologies represented by SWIFT (Sustainable Water Intelligent puriFication Technology). Thanks to the innovative PPP model and technology, the project has achieved the goals of “low investment & energy consumption & land occupation and high efficiency”, maximizing the Value for Money.
