Yang Hongbo, Vice Governor of Sichuan, Met with a Delegation Led by CWEG Chairman Hou Feng

     On July 13, 2017, Yang Hongbo, Vice Governor of Sichuan, met with a delegation led by CWEG Chairman Hou Feng. Hou Feng reported to Yang Hongbo on the achievements of CWEG’s major national PPP demonstration projects including the Guiyang Nanming River Water Environment Management Project, Dali Erhai Lake Water Environment Management Project, Beijing Bishui Underground WWTP Project, and Shanghai Jiading Underground WWTP Project, and hoped to contribute more to Sichuan’s water environment management and green development leveraging the Guang’an “Clean Water Action” Regional Water Environment Management PPP Project. Yang Hongbo highly praised CWEG’s Guang’an “Clean Water Action” Regional Water Environment Management PPP Project for its technical and model innovation, saying that the PPP-based “Guang’an Mode” plays a pioneering role in comprehensive regional water environment management of Sichuan, and should be promoted across the whole province. He also hoped that CWEG can beef up cooperation with other parts of Sichuan to create more excellent demonstration projects.
