Chen Yan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Guizhou Municipal Committee and Acting Mayor of Guiyang, Inspected the Water Environment Management Project of CWEG's Guizhou Division
2017-10-14 On Oct. 14, a delegation led by Chen Yan, the Deputy Secretary of CPC Guizhou Municipal Committee and Acting Mayor of Guiyang, made an inspection tour to the Baiyun District Xiaowan River Water Environment Management Project built on the DBO (Design-Build-Operate) model. With the efforts of Guizhou Yunxin Water Environment Industry Co., Ltd, the project company established by CWEG, the Xiaowan River has become clear and clean again. The project was highly recognized by Chen Yan for its clear effluent.
CWEG Guizhou Division General Manager Gao Lin introduced the Jinyang WWTP Project (Phase 2)
At the Jinyang WWTP (phase 2), CWEG Guizhou Division General Manager Gao Lin briefed the delegation about the WWTP’s investment, construction and operation, and the phase 3 arrangements in detail. Chen Yan checked the effluent samples and then gave credit to CWEG’s advanced wastewater treatment process. He also required the project company to speed up the phase 3 construction to effectively address the need of wastewater treatment for the people of Jinyang District.
Du Yong, Deputy General Manager of Guizhou Yunxin Water Environment Industry Co., Ltd., and Zou Jie, Head of Baiyun District, reported to the delegation on the progress of water environment management of the Xiaowan River
Deputy Mayors Liu Yuhai and Zhong Jiyong, as well as leaders from the municipal ecology and environment bureau, water authority, construction bureau and urban administration bureau, etc. participated in the inspection. CWEG Guizhou Division General Manager Assistant Yuan Ju and the heads of construction units accompanied the delegation on the inspection.
