CWEG Invited to Attend the Third China PPP Financing Forum 2017 as the Private-party Implementer of Sichuan’s Only PPP-based Demonstration Project

         The Third China PPP Financing Forum, co-sponsored by the China PPP Center under the Ministry of Finance and the Shanghai Financial Association (SFA), was held at the Shanghai International Convention Center on Nov. 1, 2017. CWEG Board Secretary & Vice President Fang Yong attended the forum and deliver a speech.
         One of the forum’s highlights was that it convened a PPP demonstration project achievement exhibition, attracting wide attention from government leaders, domestic and foreign financial institutions, and experts and scholars from all walks of life. CWEG was invited as the exhibitor of Sichuan and the private-party implementer of Sichuan’s only PPP demonstration project, and shared Sichuan’s exploration and experience in the field of PPP along with the Finance Department of Sichuan Province.

          At the exhibition, many representatives from local government departments, financial institutions, and intermediary institutions expressed great interest in CWEG’s 10+ national PPP demonstration projects, and highly praised CWEG’s patented high-standard underground WWTP system. Vice Minister Shi Yaobin visited the exhibition booth of Sichuan and communicated amiably with Chen Shuping, Deputy Director of the Finance Department of Sichuan Province. CWEG Sichuan Division General Manager Wang Donger, along with General Manager Office staff, introduced the development history of CWEG to representatives and had business negotiations with relevant institutions.
