Wang Yanfei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Inspected the Guang’an WWTP

   On Nov. 21, 2017, the Second Propaganda Team of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, led by Wang Yanfei, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, headed to Guang’an to disseminate the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress. The propaganda team investigated the economic and social development of Guang’an, and visited the Guang’an WWTP as a key part of the Guang’an “Clean Water Action” Regional Water Environment Management PPP Demonstration Project approved by the Ministry of Finance and implemented by CWEG. 


   At the Guang’an WWTP’s intelligent management center, the propaganda team learned about the real-time wastewater treatment process, checked effluent samples, and gave the project credit for its high-quality construction, operational effectiveness and operating model. 



      He also emphasized that CWEG’s advantages in technology, talent, capital and management should be disseminated throughout Sichuan, to actively involve more parties in the process of water environmental pollution control.
      Hou Xiaochun, Secretary of the CPC Guang’an Municipal Committee, Wang Shan, Director of the Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau of Guang’an, and Liu Huaming, CWEG Guang’an Division Executive Deputy General Manager, accompanied the propaganda team on the investigation.
