In the Project, the impact of WWTP on surrounding environment is minimized, exogenous factors-induced pollution is treated effectively in line with high standards, and land resources and reclaimed water are fully utilized. Above the WWTP is public facilities built for the benefit of people. All of these were highly recognized by Zhuang Shaoqin.
