Green New Infrastructure for Future Cities of Free Trade Port - Haikou Dingcun Submerged Reclaimed Water Plant

Project Overview

To fulfill the mission of the National Ecological Civilization Experimental Zone and assist in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. The project includes two sunken reclaimed water plants, Changdi Road and Dingcun, with a total processing capacity of 60000 tons/day, a service area of 15km², and a service population of 155000.

Project Advantages

1. Dingcun Submerged Reclaimed Water Plant: The location of Hainan's first immersive science education base and the Sino German Environmental Technology Innovation Center (Hainan Branch).

2. Changdi Road sunken reclaimed water plant: Hainan's first high-quality sunken reclaimed water plant, creating a smart ecological leisure and entertainment center that integrates low-carbon commerce and creative office formats.

3. The study of the article "People's City in the Camera" in the Strong Country magazine praises the Haikou project of the group as a vivid epitome of implementing central requirements and exploring the development of urban connotation.
