Innovative technology Building Academician Workstations with the support of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR) and Beijing University of Technology

     On May 4, 2017, the signing ceremony of academician expert workstation co-building agreement between CWEG Chairman Hou Feng and academicians Wang Hao (academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and director of the department of water resources at IWHR) and Peng Yongzhen (academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and  chief professor of College of Environmental and Energy Engineering, Beijing University of Technology) was held in Beijing. Tian Yu, President of CITICPE, attended the ceremony.

     The signing of this agreement is aimed at promoting industry-university-research integration between academicians and enterprises, and enhancing the capabilities of enterprises in technological innovation and providing services, so as to effectively underpin CWEG in terms of strategic development, technological innovation and personnel training in the field of watershed management and urban wastewater treatment, thus improving its core competitiveness.
